Peter Vincent Carboni is an award-winning singer-songwriter from Southeastern Massachusetts.

He first got onstage in various high school theater productions put on by the Burt Wood School of Performing Arts. While studying Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Peter sang with the campuses oldest and only all-male semi-professional a cappella group, The Doo Wop Shop for all four years of his collegiate career.

Upon graduation, while his peers were off to grad school programs, nonprofits, and HR departments, Peter was headed for Cape Cod to sing with the all-male a cappella group, the Hyannis Sound.

He spent three summers in the Sound, and with the help of his friends, soon found himself traveling the world singing on some of the world’s largest (and eventually smallest!) cruise ships.

Over the years, his vocal journey has taken him from intimate stages in his hometown to iconic venues like Radio City Music Hall—and even the White House for a private performance for President Barack and First Lady Michelle Obama.

Last year, Peter made waves as a standout contestant on Netflix’s Building the Band, where his audition earned a rare solo spotlight. As one of 50 contestants scrambling to form bands completely sight-unseen, the appearance allowed him to share his voice with the world.

Currently based in Orlando, where he’s producing his own mainstage solo show entitled One Man Boyband, Peter is also working on his debut EP, No Good At Falling In Love, and somehow finding time to lead recreational music groups at assisted living facilities in the Central Florida area.

Peter is honored to have received awards for both his work in the Hyannis Sound as well as his original music. He is grateful for the incredible opportunities he’s had so far, and looks forward to the debut of his first mainstage solo show, One Man Boyband.
